Dining Room – A pine dining table and chairs is situated overlooking the pond. The room has a fully stocked library of books and a supply of games.
Toilet and Shower – with vari-speed shower, toilet, washbasin and electric shaver point.

Main Bedroom –with pine double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet and table. Overlooking the pond.
Second Bedroom – with a pine single bed, beside table, and dressing table. There is the option of a Z Bed (provided) to sleep a 4th person. The room overlooks the pretty garden and beyond to open farmland.
A Conservatory leads onto a small patio where BBQ’s and eating out are popular and off-street parking is available for one car. Gas central heating is fitted throughout.
The Star Inn - public house and restaurant is located 20 yards from the cottage and serves high quality meals. Advance booking is advisable for weekends (Tel: 01377 217688). Wolds Village Tea Rooms – are located 2 miles away, serving teas and meals as well as having a well stocked craft shop.
Several other local public houses serve excellent meals in the surrounding villages. Close by Pocklington and Driffield have a section of restaurants catering for a wide range of tastes. The nearest shops and Post Office are located 1.5 miles away in Middleton-on-the-Wolds.
Church – an Anglican church is situated across the pond from the cottage.
