Old Cobbler's Cottage Facilities
	<p>Kitchen – fully equipped with electric oven with hob, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and refrigerator.</p> <p>Living Room - leading from kitchen, with an open fire using coal and logs, TV with DVD/Video and CD player, plus a radio with cassette player. A supply of DVD’s, videos, CD’s and cassettes are provided. Suitable for all ages.</p> <p>Dining Room – A pine dining table and chairs is situated overlooking the pond. The room has a fully stocked library of books and a supply of games.</p> <p>Toilet and Shower – with vari-speed shower, toilet, washbasin and electric shaver point.</p> <p>…..a boxed in traditional staircase leads to Upstairs.</p> <p>Main Bedroom –with pine double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet and table. Overlooking the pond.</p> <p>Second Bedroom – with a pine single bed, beside table, and dressing table. There is the option of a Z Bed (provided) to sleep a 4th person. The room overlooks the pretty garden and beyond to open farmland.</p> <p>A Conservatory leads onto a small patio where BBQ’s and eating out are popular and off-street parking is available for one car. Gas central heating is fitted throughout.</p> <p>The Star Inn - public house and restaurant is located 20 yards from the cottage and serves high quality meals. Advance booking is advisable for weekends (Tel: 01377 217688). Wolds Village Tea Rooms – are located 2 miles away, serving teas and meals as well as having a well stocked craft shop.</p> <p>Several other local public houses serve excellent meals in the surrounding villages. Close by Pocklington and Driffield have a section of restaurants catering for a wide range of tastes. The nearest shops and Post Office are located 1.5 miles away in Middleton-on-the-Wolds.</p> <p>Church – an Anglican church is situated across the pond from the cottage.</p>
